When it comes time to make an offer you will require current market information to determine the value of the home that you want to buy as well as assistance in drafting your offer.
We will work with you to create the most attractive offer possible. For the past several years, we have had a seller's market. This means that there are more buyers shopping for homes than there are homes available. This has created multiple offers on many homes. If this should happen we will guide you through this process. Successfully purchasing a home when faced with stiff competition is not an easy task. It takes many years of experience and tons of market knowledge to craft a winning bid.
Acceptance of Offer
Your Offer to Purchase will be presented to the seller who has three choices: accept the offer, reject it, or submit a counter-offer to you. The counter-offer may be in reference to the price, closing date, or any number of variables. Offers can go back and forth until both parties have agreed to terms or either side ends the negotiations. If there is more than one offer we generally only get one chance to present your best offer. We will give you great advice about how to position your offer to get the house.
